By creating an account or using RealTalck, you agree to these terms. The product is an adult peer coffee-chat network. Operators may update this page; material changes will be noted before a public pilot.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. Age attestation is required at signup and again when you save a match profile. In-person meetup evidence is only for adults who have attested.
Acceptable use
- Treat peers with basic respect; no harassment, threats, or illegal content.
- Do not record or redistribute call media without clear consent from everyone on the call.
- Do not attempt to evade bans, spoof identity, or abuse queue / report systems.
- Meetup evidence must be genuine; fraudulent uploads can lead to suspension.
Safety and moderation
Reports may unlock limited chat for safety context and are reviewed by operators. RealTalck may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or create risk for others. Emergency services are not provided through the product.
Service nature
Matching, video quality, and availability depend on network conditions and third-party infrastructure. Features may change during pilot. No monetary gift-card automation is part of the MVP.
